By accessing our shop, purchasing retro video games, commissioning a console repair, or participating in our buy/trade programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, you may not utilize our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this site. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

All retro games, consoles, and collector materials are sold "as-is" unless explicitly stated otherwise. We rigorously test all hardware and software before it reaches the shelves, ensuring functionality at the time of sale.

Due to the vintage nature of our inventory, aesthetic imperfections such as cartridge yellowing, label wear, or minor scratches are expected and do not constitute a defect. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of purchase if an item fundamentally fails to operate as intended, provided the original warranty sticker remains intact.

When you submit a device for console repair, you authorize our technicians to perform diagnostic tests and necessary servicing. We will provide an estimated cost before proceeding with any major restorative work.

Our repair services include a 60-day limited warranty covering the specific components repaired or replaced. This warranty does not cover subsequent damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, power surges, or liquid damage. We are not liable for data loss on internal storage drives; please back up your save files before submission.

We offer cash or store credit for retro games, consoles, and accessories. All valuations are final and determined by our staff based on market rarity, physical condition, and current inventory needs.

By trading in an item, you certify that you are the lawful owner and hold the right to sell the material. We require valid identification for all cash transactions. Once a trade is completed and compensation is issued, the transaction cannot be reversed.
